Refund & Return Policy

Terp Burst offers a 15-day return and refund window, starting from the date your order is delivered. Because of the nature of our products, returns, refunds and exchanges are only accepted when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We can’t accept returns for any other reason, including a change of mind or flavor preference.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you’re eligible for a replacement or a full refund. To start, email info@terpburstbrand.com within 15 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the problem and your order number.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions for sending the item back.

Returning an item

Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
Items returned without prior approval can’t be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the item, we process your replacement or refund promptly.
